KEY RESPONSABILITES :
The main duties of this position much include :
• Assist the Plant Manager to ensure overall operating effectiveness in line with best international practice.
• Implement continues improvement.
• Be a key player in resolving field issues (determining root causes, implementing corrective and preventive action).
• Ensure that all process documentation and manufacturing methods meet the requirements of our quality system.
• Follow all health, safety and environmental rules, procedures and take parted in safety and environmental activities in order to improve the work place for all employees.
• Carry out different projects required by the top management.
• Provide reports to the top management and maintain regular interface at different levels of the company. Represents function　in periodic business review.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
• Engineering degree
• Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and fluent in English. French would be a "plus".
• A minimum of 3/5 years international engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (electronic, assembly workshop), well known for their continuous improvement of industrial process.
• Experience in a large scale manufacturing operations (methods, production, maintenance, lean manufacturing) in an international company with high standards of excellence.
